Snowbird Tallow is a small, handmade skincare business in Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what information I collect when you visit snowbird-tallow.com or place an order, and how I use it.

What I collect
When you place an order, I collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide it, and what you ordered. When you contact me, I collect your name, email, and whatever you include in your message.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by Squarespace Payments. I never see or store your full card number.

How I use your information
I use your information to fill and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, and handle any returns or refunds. I don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who I share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: Squarespace, which hosts this website and processes payments, and the shipping carrier that delivers your order.

Cookies
This website uses cookies to keep your cart working and to show me basic, anonymous visitor statistics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How long I keep it
I keep order records as long as needed for shipping, returns, and my business and tax records.

Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
